In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end design process, from initial planning to final implementation. You'll work with a variety of tools and software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS platforms, to create detailed and accurate designs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of telecommunication infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project designs using industry-standard tools and software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure design and implementation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS platforms.
• Certification in relevant industry standards, such as ISO or ITU.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local regulations and best practices in Bali.
