As an HR & GA Assistant Manager at Pengiklan Anonim, you'll oversee end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and hiring.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Manage HRIS and administrative tasks using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Oversee general administrative tasks, including office management and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and GA roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in strategic HR development and implementation.
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
