📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in IT management.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions with business processes.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends, recommending and implementing new tools and technologies as needed.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our digital systems, implementing robust security measures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT departments.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
