📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficient and effective production.,Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of quality.,Implement and monitor production schedules, work orders, and quality control procedures.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the electronics industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of production workers.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
