• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement corrective actions to address equipment failures and improve performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any anomalies to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques for industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MMS) and computer-aided maintenance management (CAMM) software.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and other quality management standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate machinery.
