As the Director of Energy Efficiency, you will be responsible for developing and executing energy efficiency programs that align with both our environmental goals and operational needs. You will leverage your expertise in energy management systems, such as SAP Energy Management or similar platforms, to monitor and optimize energy usage across our facilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the energy landscape in Indonesia while working with a team of dedicated professionals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and strategies.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption using advanced energy management systems.
• Conduct energy audits and provide recommendations for energy-saving measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate energy efficiency initiatives into business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in energy efficiency.
• Report on energy performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of energy efficiency specialists.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in energy efficiency, energy management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing energy efficiency projects.
• Certification in energy management systems (e.g., ISO 50001, LEED) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of energy market trends and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using energy management software such as SAP Energy Management.
• Ability to travel for site visits and meetings as needed.
