As a Part-Time Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will engage with children aged 2-6 years old, guiding them through a variety of learning activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Our center uses a blend of Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches, so you will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous learning and innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the daily curriculum.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a supportive home-learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development and educational theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
