You’ll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service, and you’ll handle cash transactions and manage tables efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring that our restaurant maintains a luxurious and inviting atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely food service, and handle any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Manage cash transactions, including processing payments and handling refunds or complaints.
• Keep track of table assignments, reservations, and guest preferences to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies, cleaning tables, and preparing the restaurant for the next shift.
• Promote our menu items and specials to encourage guest orders and increase sales.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing Hygge Social Cafe with warmth and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end dining environment, preferably in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, even during peak service times.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
