Pangkal Pinang Community Development Foundation (PPD Foundation) is seeking a dedicated Social Inclusion Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in our mission to promote social inclusion and community development in Pangkal Pinang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct research and analysis on social inclusion initiatives and programs.,Develop and implement strategies to promote social inclusion and community development.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of social inclusion programs.,Collaborate with community leaders, stakeholders, and partners to identify and address social issues.,Prepare reports and presentations on social inclusion initiatives and their outcomes.,Provide technical assistance and training to community organizations and individuals.,Advocate for social inclusion policies and practices at the local and national levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social inclusion, community development, or a related field.,Strong analytical and research skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with social inclusion policies and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
