📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the appeal and competitiveness of our destination.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with local stakeholders, including government agencies, tourism boards, and local businesses, to foster partnerships and support destination development.,Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our destination to both domestic and international travelers.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of tourism initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Represent Global Voyages & Experiences at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the tourism sector.,Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tourism, destination management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully developing and promoting tourism destinations.,Strong knowledge of the tourism industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.,Familiarity with tourism management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
