Duta Putri Mart is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Outlet Staff to join our team in Balikpapan. As a Senior Outlet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a well-presented and organized store.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock availability.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the management team to implement and improve store policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
