📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare provider.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Professional certification as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
