Lead and conduct badminton training sessions for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced.,Develop and implement training programs that align with our academy's vision and values.,Provide expert guidance and mentorship to players, helping them to improve their skills and reach their full potential.,Assist in the development and implementation of our coaching curriculum and training materials.,Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of players' progress and performance.,Work closely with our management team to ensure that our training programs are effective and meet the needs of our players.,Promote and uphold the values and principles of our academy, both on and off the court.,Maintain a safe and inclusive training environment for all players and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A recognized certification as a badminton coach, such as the BWF Level 3 or equivalent.,A minimum of 3 years of experience as a badminton coach, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, tactics, and strategies at both the recreational and competitive levels.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate players of all levels.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver effective training programs.,A passion for badminton and a commitment to helping players reach their full potential.,Experience in working with diverse groups of people, and a commitment to promoting inclusivity and equality in the workplace.,Fluency in English is required, as it is the primary language of instruction at our academy.
