PT Ratu Cakrawala is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials aligned with organizational goals.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
