📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assess patients' needs and develop care plans to ensure their well-being and recovery.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, especially during challenging times.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.,Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated with best practices in healthcare.,Adhere to all healthcare facility policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare facility.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
