📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax consultants, ensuring they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.,Provide expert tax advice and consulting services to clients, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax strategies.,Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct thorough tax audits and reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure accuracy in tax filings.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax services with other business functions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong focus on tax planning and compliance.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTT (Certified Tax Technician).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of tax consultants.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify tax-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
