📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the planning and estimation of frontend tasks.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer, with a strong background in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers.
  • Strong understanding of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with frontend build tools and workflows, such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
