Express City Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, customer service, and team leadership. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to all clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Monitor cash levels and inventory to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations.,Train and develop new hires to maintain high standards of service and performance.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and team leadership skills.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service are a plus.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
