📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency.,Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and facility operations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare facility, identifying areas for improvement.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, addressing them promptly and professionally.,Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends and best practices to enhance patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Valid certification in healthcare leadership or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
