📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
