As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure that staffing needs are met.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
