As our HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Oversee employee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Experience in managing a team and leading projects,Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
