📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
