📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
