📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
• Oversee order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track and analyze sales performance.
• Implement and manage marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce and sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address any issues or concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or sales administration.
• Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
