📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances.,Conduct HR training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
