📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of guides and staff
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of campers
  • Planning and organizing outdoor activities and events
  • Communicating with campers and parents
  • Maintaining a clean and organized camp
  • Managing camp finances and inventory
  • Handling any emergencies or medical situations
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive camp environment

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
  • Experience in managing a team and handling multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for outdoor activities and adventure
  • Valid driver's license and experience with driving camp vehicles
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
