📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.,Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and stay up-to-date on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Samarinda.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
