📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.,Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.,Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the continued success of our business development efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the logistics and maritime industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
