Duta Hana Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable records,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages,Monitor bank accounts and ensure accurate recording of all transactions,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders as required,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills
