📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations.,Provide support to customers and internal teams with technical queries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with software documentation standards and practices.,Experience with version control systems is a plus.
