🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong strategic and operational skills with a focus on achieving business objectives.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Understanding of remote work dynamics and experience managing remote teams.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
