Place Go Abadi is looking for a dedicated Learning Development professional to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Manage the learning and development budget.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career growth.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
