📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of financial regulations and standards applicable to the insurance industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
