Agung Intan Health Center is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Parepare. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Coordinate training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Oversee payroll processing and administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Proficient in using HR management software and tools,Experience in health care industry is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
